Labor Safety and Hygiene Training at SMC Concrete

With the goal of "Real Knowledge, Real Safety," SMC Concrete has organized and implemented labor safety training classes for all employees at different levels, handling various tasks. We aim for the “SMC family” to always feel comfortable and safe in their working environment.

Recently, SMC Concrete held a Labor Safety and Hygiene Training Session for all employees at the company (According to Decree No. 4/2016/NĐ-CP). The training session attracted a large number of staff from SMC Tan Tao, SMC Tan Duc, and SMC Thu Duc factories, taking place from July 15th to July 17th, 2024.

Labor safety and hygiene training is one of the methods to enhance the understanding of both employees and employers about ensuring safety and hygiene at work, thereby minimizing risks, workplace accidents, and occupational diseases for the business and its facilities.

The training content included:
- Providing knowledge about labor laws, and benefits policies from specific parties such as employers, employees, and trade unions.
- Strongly conveying skills for handling and preventing workplace accidents.
- Practicing with various scenarios from basic to complex.
- Surveying hazardous cases for handling and prevention.

The instructors succinctly and passionately conveyed profound experiences accumulated throughout their careers. Furthermore, dry numbers and boring theories turned into memorable jokes.

In addition, the organizers divided the employees into groups based on their job nature to conduct a skill assessment. Through this assessment, employees demonstrated the knowledge and skills they had learned and were awarded certificates.

After today's training session, we further embrace the saying, "Safety is paramount." Protecting ourselves is also a way to protect our families and society.
