Graduating from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics – a prestigious school in Vietnam.
Ms. Dang Thi Hoang Phuong used to work in foreign companies before founding and developing SMC. She also participates in enterprise management courses in the developed countries like USA, Singapore.
She also has had a long time participating in the management and operation of many big companies in Vietnam with such positions as General Director of Saigon Investment Group, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Saigon - Quy Nhon Minerals Corporation...

Holding Master degree of Accounting Auditor, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Cat Tuong plays an important role in the organizing, building the system of internal control, risk management, helps SMC operate effectively for years.

Graduated from Technical University of Technology and completed the Executive Director training program. With more than 17 years of experience in the field of concrete production.
Mr. Vo Thanh Lam with a spirit of enthusiasm, creativity and is also one of the people who quickly bring sales to contribute to the SMC brand.
Mr. Pham Van Nghia - SMC Vice General Director - In charge of production
Graduated from Da Nang University of Technology, majoring in Silica Chemistry, Mr. Pham Van Nghia has more than 20 years of experience in the field of concrete quality management.
He has been attached to and joined hands with SMC since the early years. At the same time, Mr. Pham Van Nghia is also one of the people who contribute to the prestige quality of the SMC concrete brand.
