• Thí nghiệm cấp phối bê tông
• Thí nghiệm thành phần cốt liệu (Cát, đá, xi măng…).
• Theo dõi nén mẫu tại trạm và liên lạc khách hàng thí nghiệm nén mẫu theo yêu cầu.
• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

Yêu cầu

• Giới tính: Nam
• Trình độ chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp TC xây dựng trở lên
• Kinh nghiệm: 01 năm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương hoặc tại các phòng Lab

Job Description

• Production Oversight: Take full responsibility for managing and overseeing all production activities at the plant.

• Production Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans.

• Resource Management: Prepare and optimize human resources, materials, and equipment necessary for production.

• Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all plant operations to ensure efficiency.

• Personnel Allocation: Assign and organize staff effectively across all production stages.

• Plan Implementation: Execute production plans for each stage, customer, and project, ensuring strict adherence to client specifications.

• Monitoring & Problem Solving: Closely monitor the production process; promptly resolve technical issues or any contingencies arising during operations.

• Quality Control: Manage raw material inputs and ensure the quality of finished ready-mix concrete meets standards.

• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of production machinery and equipment.

• Hiring & Training: Conduct interviews and provide professional training for new employees.

• Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as requested by Senior Management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Materials, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in a management/leadership role.

  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) or Construction industry.

• Skills:

  • Proven leadership in managing people, machinery, equipment, and materials.

  • Strong operational management and production scheduling skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
