Tunnel of An Suong intersection
The tunnel project through An Suong intersection has a total investment of VND 514 billion, connecting Truong Chinh road and National Highway 22, one of 6 key projects of Ho Chi Minh City in solving traffic jam in Ho Chi Minh City.
After the tunnel branch was put into traffic, the amount of vehicles heading from the city center to circulate through the tunnel to Hoc Mon, Cu Chi and Tay Ninh districts was stable and there was no congestion. However, motorbike traffic still exists through the tunnel, causing unsafe traffic.
